Custom Furniture and Cabinetry

Reproduction Furniture

I received an email from a young couple who wanted to know if I could make a "student desk" like the one they had as a child back in India. They included a photo of the desk her uncle had made for her when she was about four years old. I had not seen anything exactly like it here in the states and really enjoyed making one for their new son. Maybe you have fond memories of a piece of furniture in your family that you would love to have. Let's talk!

Furniture Repair

One of the things about a well made piece of furniture is its longevity. If a piece can be disassembled, if can be repaired! Compare an Adirondack lawn chair to a plastic resin lawn chair. Both function as a chair but only one can be passed to your grandchildren, the other goes to the landfill... I love it when people assume responsiblity for the care of a treasured piece of furniture. You are literally propetuating a legacy for future generations!
